# How to output form of past revisions
### How to output form of past revisions
1\. Open the form in ConMas Designer.
2\. Click the "Form Information and Setting" tab.
3.Click "Create from the record of this form."
4\. The “Historical View” will be displayed on the left screen of ConMas Designer, \
so "How to check the "Original form" of the input document" > Checked in "If the Form ID is different"\
Double-click the form with "Form ID (ID=XXX)".
5\. A confirmation screen asking “Cancel the modification of current editing form?” will be displayed. \
Click "Yes".
6.A confirmation screen asking "This form has been updated. Do you want to open the latest one? If you want to open the selected form, please click "No"." appears. will be displayed, click "No".
7\. Output the opened form in xml format using "Output xml of form".
8.After outputting, close the form by clicking "Exit without saving."
